Please read through these T’s & C’s before engaging in any purchase from our store, by engaging in our services from Love Luxury’s online store you agree to be bound to our terms and conditions.
DISCLAIMER
Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law. Any disputes between us that are not resolved may be brought in the Courts of England and Wales or if you live in a different country they may be brought in the Court of that country.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Love Luxury offers a 14 day return policy on all goods purchased online, if you require a return please inform the team via email on orders@loveluxury.co.uk stating your order number and full name, address and reason for return and we will be happy to assist you.
In-store items are not subject to these terms and returns will only be issued with a credit note or exchange. This is in accordance with the fact that all items are available to be viewed fully in branch.
For a return to be accepted the following must be adhered to;
You must inform us within 48 hours that the item is no longer wanted to initiate the return policy.
The item must reach our offices within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.
All return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
All tags must be present.
All receipts and paperwork must be returned with the item including the original packaging.
The item must reach us in the same condition that it was sent out to you.
Each item can only be purchased and returned once by a single customer. Any further purchases on the same item by the same customer will be exempt from our refund policy.
If a discount code was added only the discounted total will be refunded not the full price.
Returns outside of the 14 day time frame, a refund will not be issued.
You are welcome to bring your item in person back to our store as long as it falls within the 14 day period.
Should your refund not be issued to you in a timely fashion please check first with your card issuer if the delay is on their end, it can take some time for refunds to show into your card holding account. If after doing this you still have an issue please contact our team via email on orders@loveluxury.co.uk stating your order number in the subject box.
Should you prefer a credit note or exchange for another item, this can be accommodated by the Love Luxury team however this second purchase will be exempt from our returns policies.
Once your return has been received by our team it will be fully inspected and photographed, these photographs will be compared to the shipping images, you will hear from our team within 72 hours (excluding weekends) regarding the issuing of a refund, partial refund or non refund. It may then take another 48 hours for the refund to be issued. However, any delay in requested information may result in delays.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
We, ‘Love Luxury’, reserve the right to refuse any of our services to anyone at any time and are not obligated to buy or sell from any individual or business.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Love Luxury require every consumer purchasing products over the cost of £1,000 to supply us with 2 forms of ID, these must be either a valid passport or valid driving licence PLUS a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. All names and addresses on these forms of ID must match the paying card/bank details and delivery address. Should the ID not correspond with the order details your order will be declined and a refund processed. This information must be provided to Love Luxury in a timely manner to ensure speedy delivery of your order. Should this information be delayed so will your order.
We do advise to email these to us on orders@loveluxury.co.uk with your order number in the subject box straight after placing your order to speed up the process.
All personal information provided to Love Luxury is subject to our privacy policy and will not be shared with any third parties outside of our marketing teams and order fulfilment teams. By submitting your personal information anywhere on our site you give us permission to use this to contact you for mail drops and entries to competitions.
Any personal information submitted on third-party connections to our site such as payment gateways is done so at your own risk and you must carry out your own due diligence.

Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to listing on our website, in the description you may find historical information or anecdotes, this information is correct to the best of our knowledge and we can not be held responsible if any of the information is factually incorrect. These informatioins provided are for your entertainment and no other purpose. We reserve the right to adjust this information at any time however we are not obligated to do so. By using our site you agree the responsibility of monitoring these changes is in your hands.
SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Love Luxury has made every effort to produce images and descriptions that accurately represent the items available for sale. Please note that all monitors may show different hues so it is always a great idea to pop into store to see for yourself.
All product descriptions and prices may be subject to change and we reserve the right to do this at any time.
Any discount codes may be withdrawn at any time at our descretion, if the code is not working any longer this code is no longer available. We are not obligated to offer discounts on any items or fulfil any discount codes past their allotted time frame.
AUTHENTICATION
Love Luxury use Entrupy and Bababebi to authenticate each bag except for those that are not currently supported by their services in which instance Love Luxury will authenticate in-house via our team of authenticators and provide a Love Luxury certificate of authentication.
Love Luxury takes every possible step to ensure 100% authentic items in our store and online. Every item that comes into Love Luxury will pass through our in-house authenticators, once we are happy with the authentication of a product we will then use either Entrupy or Bababebi to give their official opinions. Should a bag come back as non-authentic, Love Luxury will not list and will destroy the item.
