Hermès Barenia Foubourg leather is named after the Paris Boutique on Rue de Faubourg Saint-Honorè. This leather lends itself to durability and was originally used for equestrian pieces. The leather patinas over time which gives the leather a character of its own. The Barenia Foubourg leather has a small grain which is resistant to scratches and blemishes but can not get wet. This leather was introduced in 2017. This Picotin 18 is box fresh and comes as a full set.
